Is there any way to customize a signing date to comply to a specific date format? I.E.
Email ID change for User Can we transfer all transaction from 1 account to other account.

We have requirement where user are transferred between departments and his/her email ID changing (e.g. [email protected] to [email protected]).
Are there any Designer page URL parameters available to selectively disable certain Designer page features so that users can only edit signature box placement and nothing else?

Hello, We are creating a OneSpan signature package using REST API calls. We create the signature package with all signers created, all documents uploaded, and all signature package settings set except the placement of signer signature boxes on the various documents.

Duo,Has anything changed with the process of changing the notary on a package? We are now not able to change the Notary at all on any of our Notary packages. Also, just fyi, this happens when trying to use a notary that is within the senders account.

API Attachments Count or Change Options

Is there a way via the API to get an a count of attachments for a transaction or a list of transactions and when they were added.  It doesn't appear new attachments change the Update Date.  We have people who are signing their transactions and then coming back multiple times to get the

For this form, we are seeing an unusual behavior.  Prior to signing, the values in a label field are appearing in a different format than after signature.  The line breaks are not being recognized before signing.
