Hello Team, I have the following scenario: I am trying to create a Package with a PDF document, which is provided as binary stream. I also want to add a Signer(s) Signature(s) and to locate these through corresponding text-anchors.

Hi, Can we add an signer after the package is created and the document uploaded? We are looking at a use case where there are multiple signers and we want them added as required when they are ready to sign the document. I am looking to do this through REST API. Thanks. Srini.

When documents are signed via the application they are uploaded for storage, however some of the generic documents don't have a customer ID available.  Is there a way for the sender to be able to apply the customers ID onto specific forms as well include the customers ID within the evidence

Hi Is it possible to declare during the package creation instance that an extra file should be attached after signing the package documents? The package status automatically changes to COMPLETED after uploading the extra file or should I force the status to COMPLETED by API?

Hi,We currently already have an integration with OneSpan eSign where we have implemented the designer iframe into our website.We require a feature where we can draw lines into the document, in order to "cross out" clauses that already exist in the uploaded PDFs. 
not generating PDF

Hello, I am creating package. After that I am writing data in that PDF via fields extraction. And downloading that PDF that is written. It was working perfect till now. But suddenly today, The PDF is getting blank that is 0 size.

Does the handdrawn signature uploaded for a signer only display on signature tags that are 'capture signature' rather than 'click to sign,' or is it possible to use the signer's handdrawn signature for both? When signing with handdrawn, the signer's signature appears overlap

package status change to SENT issue

Hello, I am trying to fill PDF form and upload and then change status to SENT to publish it. But Status SENT is not working. I am facing issue with that. It give error "The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request". I am able to fill PDF form and create a package with a draft in the account.
