I am trying to create a package and include the Signing Method (personalCertificateSigning) for the roles in the package. Is there a way to send this as part of the package creation and not do this as an update, ie.

Hi, I found out the message showed in the mobile device is not consistent between 'decline' and 'opt out'. there is '.' in 'opt out' message. see the attachment is it resource change or code change? thanks, Cindy

We are using SMS authentication along with email notification for access to the signing ceremony. Generally the experience is that the email is sent, the user clicks the link, the SMS is sent and the user logs in with the PIN. Some times the SMS is not sent.
