Having a little trouble getting an API key so I can start using the product... I signed up for a developer sandbox and got an email with the following instructions.

Get started with OneSpan Sign in 4 simple steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Upload documents that require signing
  3. Add the recipients who need to e-sign the documents
  4. Drag and drop your signature blocks into the document and send

There's no link to the login page in the email I received, which is quite inconvenient, as the site UI is not very clear where to login... I made a support ticket 2 days ago with no update.

Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies, I checked the product support section and figured it out. You may close this.
