Hi, We have a typical business case wherein the Admin Assistant creates a package for signing. The Signer is required to upload an attachment and sign the document.

I have run the UI based transaction report and only the sender information is provided in the excel file. I have run the delegation report which only provides me the delegation activities, nothing transaction level related.

Hello,  We started integration with oneSpan and our applications and we are now facing issue with callback notification service. We have 2 applications which can initate signing process in oneSpan (sales app and hr app). Both has different client apps key configured.

Hi, I'm integrating with the e-sign live api and have had some trouble with certain pdfs causing the signing ceremony to give me a blank page. After the package is created and a url is created the window appears blank. (Even the default-consent document won't show up).

In our software we generate a package in the background then display an IFrame to the URL created with the package from the .net SDK. Right now I have only seen this in your sandbox.

Hi, I'm having a problem. When I define the payload to create the transaction, OneSpan overrides the attachment ID. For example, the user is required to attach 2 documents.

Hi, we create a package through REST call(https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages) and upload the files to them incrementally with separate REST calls(https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/{packageId}/documents).

Using REST API to create the package along with the documents and return a response package id. After that, we initiate a REST API signerAuthenticationToken passing packageId and email address of the signer which then redirect to an iframe to begin the signing ceremony.
