Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign.
I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api.
But I am not able to figure out the json content for the sender and signer details in plsql.

Hello,
In the didSynchronizeTransaction protocol, we get a guid representing a signing ceremony id. My backend team need a DocumentID AND a PackageID. Is it possible to get these informations in the callbacks of the protocols? If so, which one ?

When I add a word document to an esign package it seems to be converted to a PDF as it's uploaded and all of the documents I can download from that point are all in a PDF format. Is it possible to maintain the Word format in the download packages?

So the documentation on the site doesn't really help with this issue.

I can successfully pull Packages in DRAFT, TRASH, and SENT status, but the Sent Status returns Packages that have been Archived.

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:
