Hello Onespan,
I am currently having weird error.
On signing steps, when I click on 'Next' or 'Accept', (Only sometimes) Onespan prevents me to proceed with "Validation Error" (Please refer attached screen capture).

Hi,
This issue popped up in the last couple of weeks in our testing Sandbox environment. We've been using Text Anchors to configure all our signatures, so we have a FULLNAME block, and a corresponding Date signed that gets auto-populated on signature.

1. Is it possible to show user a custom popup after clicking on OPT-OUT button?
I would like to display a popup window with a confirmation to the user, that he is discontinuing the esign ceremony process with OK and Cancel button.

Signing ceremony is required to collect signature or ‘Click to Sign’ option from user using eSign UI. When user chooses ‘Click to Sign’ option, he or she does not need to sign in signing text pad.
