Also is it possible to completely white-label the UI which the signer sees after clicking on the "Go to Documents" (in the invitation mail) sent to the signer.

I'm wondering how I can make the text area name "Commentaire" in the pdf filled correctly.
The text in the document does not appear correctly and is always on one line.
I'm using a code similar to this :

Our main use case is for our system to wait for document signing to get completed and for this, we rely heavily on eSignLive callback notifications. Typically, we receive the callbacks with just a few seconds delay upon actual signing.

Hi,
We've a scenario wherein we have 3 signers for a given document and all of them sign sequentially. Singer1 signs then signer2 and then signer3.
The issue though is that signer2 is identified at runtime and known to signer1.

I am getting this error while generating eSign:
Could not create a new package one step. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/api/packages.
