I'm sending transactions on behalf of other users through the API.  I have the users set up with Role Sender. I was able to successfully send on their behalf in our testing onespan environment.

When accessing a session URL, I can see that eSignLive returns a few 302s and the browser does some redirects. For whatever reason, Chrome cancels one of these redirects when it's in an iFrame (https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/packages/{packageId}/sign).

When user change email address (ex: email domain changed or user get married) results in a new account generated in OneSpan eSign. So there is a chance for a user to lose access to his/her documents and results in duplicate user accounts.

I need a way to prefill some input values. This is something that we can done with onespan sign api today, but prefill input are mutable (once approval access to signing url, he can change their values)

Hello, We are getting a red error message in the UI when we attempt to elevate my eSignLive user account from a "Member" to a "Manager" that indicates we've exceeded our user limit. From what I can see, we have a license that lets us have 15 active users.

Signing Session in iFrame Error

After creating a package, I get the session token for that package, and return the access signing URL which I pass to an iframe. The ceremony comes up but with this error at the top in a red box: “Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again.
