I have been using a form field anchor [Signer1.Fullname1] to identify where a signature field is supposed to go when sent through the API. However, most of the documents we create in our system are done so using fpdf, so there will not be any form fields to name.

Hello,
How do you populate a field when creating a package from a template? I don't want to define the field location in my code. Instead I need to simply pass along the value that should appear in the correct location.

I looked in the docs and the API but this was not immediately obvious if this function existed so question:
I can specify a bound field Date, that gets filled in by eSignLive with the date that the user signs.
However the date format that is filled in now does not match the date on our PDF form

We have a template in eSign which uses custom label to populate values in the document with signer information e.g signer DOB, SSN. Currently our user use bulk file upload feature to create multiple packages for each signer in the One Span Application.

We use Salesforce with OneSpan. We are using API integration to merge field values from salesforce into OneSpan template fields.I have a Salesforce field that is a Rich Text Area field, formatted as HTML.

Hi,We are currently using custom fields so that our users can pre-map fields in documents, so they can be filled in later by our system automatically. We currently have a field for "Purchaser Name", "Purchaser Address", "Purchaser Phone Number", etc.

This one is actually both a question and its answer. I just received a question from an integrator who is trying to define a date field. Other topics probably cover this but I thought I would take a minute to create one dedicated specifically to this topic.
Bound fields are a little tricky.
