I have created a .Net web application to receive posts from the eSignLive server to handle event notifications (PACKAGE_CREATED, DOCUMENT_SIGNED, etc.) I am successfully receiving the events, parsing the Json posted to me, and handling the events.

Is there a change in updatePackage call for new signing experience. I am able to generate the package and update the package with settings and roles from old signing experience account but same cannot be done with new signer experience account.

Is there a way to use Silanis SDK to validate the signer's email address prior to actually creating the package? The email validation of the SDK during package creation seems stricter than usual email RegEx validations, and recognizes only a set of valid top-level domains.

Can anyone confirm or deny if Adobe AcroForms are currently supported?
I get the following error when attempting to eslClient.UploadDocument(doc, pkg) :
Could not upload document to package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

We had over 20 packages in our e-sign portal that display as expired even though the package was already completed. Does anyone know why that is?
The technician indicated that the packages were completed and that signers were not receiving expiring e-mails.

I have inherited a small (and incomplete) application from a former developer at my company that uses v11.5 of the .Net SDK to manage senders for our account. Recently we used the app to delete a sender via a call to AccountService.DeleteSender().
