Hi guys, I looked around and am not able to find confirming on this: is it possible to embed the form/package for user to sign on our website? All of our users have their own account and it would be nice to be able to display the form directly in their account.

Hi When we run {{baseUrl}}/api/transaction/{{transactionID}}/verification and get the reasons for failure, there are the URLs in the response that point to the jpegs of the submitted ID and selfies. Is there a way for us to download these?  The URL begins like below

Hello, We have the latest version of the on-premise OneSpan Sign platform and application installed here and we are quite confused as to why we are not allowed to create the same sender on more than one account.

Hello,  Our organization was recently setup with a Sandbox and Production account, and 3 Admin accounts in each environment.

I'm looking for information on the declined process. When a signer declines a document, what happens in the system? Does the signer status get updated or is this at a package level? What happens to the package?
