Hey,So when I use OneSpan sign as myself (connected user to onespan in Salesforce under admin tab) I have no issues. But if I have another admin who has same permissions try to view a transaction record they get the Insufficient Privileges error. Any idea why this is happening?

Guys,
I was told that there were now some new ways of doing the notary seal in the new signing experience. I have not been able to find any documentation on it and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

Guys -
I know that when a document is completely signed, your system will send out a notification that we can capture to do whatever it is we need to do with that information. Is there something similar for when a user locks their account due to too many invalid attempts?

Hi There,
In our application, I am using the code below to get the documents eSigned Automatically in the sandbox account. There are two documents that needs to be signed and each document is only 70-100kb in size, but the signing process takes about 7~8 seconds to complete the signing.

Hi,
In our project, we have non-interactive pdf where we need to bind field in the document with signature field. But in this case, it is not working. However, it is working for interactive pdf.
Can you please let me know how to make working in non-interactive pdf?

I am not clean how to use attachment, could you please share an sample code? Also once there is attachment in a package, the sender have to accept this attachment, otherwise the signing ceremony will not be completed?

Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign. I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api. Could you please share the anonymous block or wrapper program to call send a pdf file to the existing package.
