Hi, I'm integrating with the e-sign live api and have had some trouble with certain pdfs causing the signing ceremony to give me a blank page. After the package is created and a url is created the window appears blank. (Even the default-consent document won't show up).

In our web application we are using an iframe for rendering e-signlive contents for document signing. We chose iframe as part of the solution in order to keep the user within our application.

Please explain the difference between SessionService.CreateSessionToken( ) and PackageService.GetSigningUrl( ). If I want to embed the signing ceremony in an iframe in a web app, which of those two methods should I use? Thanks,

Is it possible to replace the purple circle image on the signed document? I understand this is the OneSpan logo so thinking probably not - but we did have a customer ask about this. Thanks.
