Hi, Is it possible to create a package with status not draft and then notify a signer at a later point. I have a use case where some signers will need to click a link through an email in order to sign and others will click a link through our portal.

how to start signing ceremony for people review the package

I have one scenario: signer1 doesn't need to sign/accept any documents in the package, in the remote scenario, how signer1 start the signing ceremony to review the documents? because signer1 doesn't get the email to launch the signing ceremony. 
Does anyone disable any auditing in MS Dynamics for OneSpan?

I would like to know if anyone has or disables any of the auditing that OneSpan enables in MS Dynamics.   I would also like to know if there are any repercussions with disabling auditing for OneSpan in MS Dynamics.

Guys, While trying to send a package, I got this error. "error.validation.userAddition.duplicateEmailUsage - Error Message: The email is already in use for this package. - Error Name: Validation Error - Technical Info -"

We are in process of changing OneSpan SDK to OneSpan REST   In SDK we are retrieving the status using GetSigningStatus(objPackageId, signerId, null) which giving us 'InActive' status as output.
data attribute not persisting

I'm trying to save some metadata in the `data` attribute of approvals, or even within a `Field`, but when I GET the package, `data` is `None`. I've had no issues saving metadata within `Documents.data`.

Hi,  I'm getting an error for invalid email  when I uploaded a bulk file.  I checked the emails and they are correct.  Can you help me with this?

Looks like if the first signer uploads required attachments they are not shown to the second signer... But in our logic the second signer makes decision based on uploaded attachment...
