Could I get someone to look at this package and help me understand why the signer got "Unauthorized Access: Failed to validate token"? The method that was used to generate the URL is run several times per day successfully but this one failed.

when we create the package or upload the new document, I got 'error.validation.unsupportedFileType' error? in which scenarios, this error will throw?

Does the signing url support authentication using SAML or some other means so that if someone gets access to the URL they wouldn't be able to use it without a valid token?

Hi there,
I am experiencing the error saying Unauthorized Access with the valid package ID "X8hRTbGl7GkXkdKoVxwJ92a6fqg=" when trying to create session token. I don't know why. Please advise.

I have been hitting a bit of a brick wall trying to add text anchor tags to an uploaded document.
