Are there any utilities for purging expired eSignLive packages? In other words, is there anyway we could have you purge packages that are older than a certain specified number of days? Or maybe purge all packages created before a certain date?

Hi,   When OneSpan releases a new version on their production environment, will there will always a corresponding SDK version update as well? How are the OneSpan environment and SDK updates timed?

Hi Team, I am new to OneSpan and start working on the Apex SDK. I have gone through the SDK documentation but I am not able to find out how we can attach the signed document to the record or package can be assigned to the Parent record.

Hi, We are not sending the "hideCaptureText" as false in the request eventhogh we are receiving the signature with Date and Name after signed the document. Please let us know whether we can do Account Level settings for True/False for this feature if yes, please provide us the screenshot. Thanks,

Hey ! I was working on the Java SDK to retrieve all the templates and their ids that I had created for a particular user, in the form of objects or lists. Is there a simple way to do this. If yes how do I do it ?

Is there any talk about creating a Super account that can manage a number of Account Owner Accounts instead of having support move a user from one account to another as well have the admin for the account owner delegate access.
