Ou app use the eSignLiveSDK for iOS and that compile correctly in iOS 11. I need to update XCode to debug our code using a device with iOS 13.6. When I try compiling our app in XCode 12, I get an error:

I'm looking for information on the declined process. When a signer declines a document, what happens in the system? Does the signer status get updated or is this at a package level? What happens to the package?

I am currently updating the orchestation SDK to version 5.10.0 all works just fine but when I apply Shielding to my APP ( Shielding version 7.0.0) when I try to Activate the seed I get this error: unknown error (-4999)

Dear, When we are creating a new package with the .net SDK we need to know if the template has any roles that have attachment requirements. Sofar I can see is this information not mapped when we make a request.

Hi, We are using the REST API service for eSignLive Integration. Observed that, sign navigation is not being displayed for IOS Device in Safari browser and received the update that this is known issue and will be addressed in Q4 .

From the eSignLive UI there is an email button with the words "Remind" underneath. When clicked it sends an email reminder to all signers that have yet to sign.
