Hi,
I've come across a situation where a signers signing status for a particular document does not get updated when the document is declined.
It can be reproduced as follows:
1. Create a package with 1 document and 1 signer.
2. Enter the signing ceremony and decline the document.

We are planning to extract OneSpan data via api's to drive reporting.
A) there are some advantages (simplicity) to re-extract all data, every night
B) there are also advantages to incremental extracts, i.e. net new items + changes

I am trying to get all completed packages over the last 90 days. Ideally, this would be a single call for all of my users' completed packages, but if I need to loop through the users I can, IF I can get their UUID from a call into the response, then loop through the response for UUIDs

In our software we generate a package in the background then display an IFrame to the URL created with the package from the .net SDK. Right now I have only seen this in your sandbox.

Hi, please assist with the following issue:
I was able to successfully receive a transaction callbacks and download multiple packages. However, each morning, upon initiating very first transaction I receive "eSignLive Callback failed." email from the server with the following contents (excerpt).

Hello,
We have an azure function setup to listen to onespan callbacks which works great nearly all the time, but on the rare occasion we get a failed callback. I supposed there is a number of reasons that could happen. In this specific case the error indicates a timeout exception.
