Hello, We have a form that has two signature spots but the user only signs one spot. Would the Silanis API allow some sort of command for optional signatures?

Hi, I'm trying to increase the text or print that appears after a signature block is signed (Eg: E-SIGNED by FirstName LastName on Date). I tried to achieve this using withSize method for the signature, but it didn't work out(the text appears to be only the standard size). I think it's not work
while cloning is it possible to clone only the documents and roles need from the template

In our scenario we have all the documents created in a temple and user will select some documents from the template in our application to esign or manually sign.

We have different types of agreement documents and each type would require a certain content for the Electronic Disclosure Consent page. We're not able to use templates since each agreement has custom data that we pre-generate in the document.

Team, I was exploring REST API for one of our need, where, we need to download all the documents for all packages that has been completed for a given day. I see Reports option where you can git list of completed packages for a given day.

Hi, I am currently using the esign live in my web application. I am currently using the "capture your signature" functionality in order to capture signatures at various places in my documents by capturing the cordinates and then send those cordinates so that signature blocks are drawn.
Ability to limit "Save Layout" to Manager Level access only

I would like to request an enhancement that would only allow a user that is defined as either an Owner or Manager to the "Save Layout" button. We have one area that creates and manages the Layouts for the documents we are utilizing for eSign.
WithDialogOnComplete() stops working after upgrade

Hello, We recently upgraded our internal ESL system to 6.2. After the upgrade, packages created with .WithDialogOnComplete() no longer present the dialog at the end of the signing process. Is there a separate setting that has to be enabled on the account level for this dialog to work?
in-person signing when no connection

Hi, Is there some way that the in-person signing can take place if there is no connection available? Some of our sales people have encountered that in some areas they are trying to do a signing the connection is too slow/unstable or not able to connect at all.
