Hi, We're working on a workflow that would require our users to upload attachments as part of the signing ceremony (to validate their identity when signing in-person).
If withInPerson signing is enabled, are the "email.activate" emails sent out?

I'd like the give the user the option to either sign in-person or remotely. We will be using the "email.activate" emails to send out the invitation emails for remote signers.

I am creating a transaction with REST API . and i offer the ability to the user to use the designer in order to add signors and signatures. However, when the user tries to add recipient, the signing order attribute is set to ON automatically. Can that be disabled all the time ??

Hi, i am trying to use the POST api /api​/packages​/{packageId}​/attachment​/{attachmentId} to add an attachment to a package but i always receive the below reply. I am testing it through the swagger of the community portal. Any idea on the reason of the error?

Good day, I am using postman and have a few routines using the (CA) Sandbox API key and query layouts by email ID, which was working. I have another routine where I can delete the layout based on the ID copied from the routine described in the previous line.

Hello, Is there a REST API call to GET a zip file containing all packages from the eSignLive account? Main reasons would be for pdf archival of all the transactions flowing through the system. I'm using Postman and curious what the GET call would be. Thanks in advance. Ryan

Hi, I am trying to get all the package IDs from one account. For some reason, I only get one package ID comes back, even the count shows me as 3. The is the url i have tried 'https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages'.
