Hi,
I am working on in-person sign in using eSignLive iOS mobile SDK, and we require ID proof from signer.
For instance, take a picture of id and upload it.
I don't find it anywhere in mobile SDK? I am wondering if this feature is supported?

Hi,
We've a form that has multiple radio button groups and we would like to overlay the eSL radio buttons on it.
Does eSL allow multiple radio button groups?
e.g. a radio button group for Gender ( Male or Female), Employee Status (employee or contractor) etc.

Hello,
I download the tool to migrate the accounts from sandbox to production server.
The tool working fine but when migrating all the templates, the sandbox watermark still showing.
Kindly, advice how this water mark can be removed in production account for esignlive.

What is the maximum number of templates that can be created under a single Esign account. I am attaching a screenshot for reference of template that I am referring to. IS there a limit on this template number under one account or a user can create as many as templates?

I have included the eSignLive package related list on the Contact and Account detail pages in Salesforce connector for eSignLive! However, those detail pages are not showing any eSignLive activity – only the Opportunity. Is it possible to see that information on Contact/Account?

Hi,
I'm using the iOS SDK to let the user self sign a pdf document.
I need to define a different UI concept for the signing ceremony screens.
modifying the SDK's storyboard is not good enough in my case.
can I achieve it somehow with your SDK or API?

Dealing with another tricky requirement.
For one of the signers, it is requested that the email contain only the signature page (and not any of the additional pages). Is there a good way to specify what pages should be sent out in the follow-up email post-signature?

If we wanted to NOT put a logo but place a barcode on the evidence summary template can we do that for eSignLite.
We want our OCR technology to be able to pick up that it's an evidence summary document and perform straight through processing.

Hi Team,
We are doing Auto Esign in our project .Since we are doing auto Esign IP address column is appearing as blank in evidence summary Audit trail table. Is it possible to insert our server IP address in Audit trail IP address column for Auto Esign?
