Here's the scenario. I have 2 Approvers (For example, Bob and Mary). Bob has just 1 signature field. Mary has a signature field and a Label. Bob signs first. Before Mary signs I programmatically update her Label field so when she goes to sign she sees the Label Value I inserted.

I set a package language with French. final DocumentPackage documentPackage = packageToBuild.withLanguage(Locale.FRENCH) Nothing changed to French except the embedded Consent pdf in the page as attached.

Hello, I have a client who is wanting to confirm whether the below is supported: 1. When using the standard eSignLive buttons from a standard Salesforce object such as Contacts, I would like the attachment of the record to automatically appear as an attachment of the package to be sent.

We have up to 5 signers after the first signer the next 2 could be sign following the first signature. If I assign two signer to .SingingOrder(2) will both those emails go out following the completion of the first signature?

Without an enhancement request is it possible to restrict a group of users to only be able to select a template and not allow them to upload documents?

We have integrated with Onespan using REST API. Just wanted to check , If it is possible to add additional recipients in CC, not as signers, but as viewers only. E.g. make sure everyone listed as an additional recipient gets a copy of it when the transaction complete.
