Hi, In the email template, for example email.decline, is it possible to have more than one bcc email, if so, how to configure multiple Bcc emails with corresponding display_name? the below sample only have 1 bcc email,

We're using OneSpanSDK to generate e-signatures for clients, we're maybe generating ~800 per day. Every now and again a client will receive an Unauthorized Access Failed to validate token.

Hello,   Looking for the procedure to modify the outgoing email to signers.  Would like to customize that email with the clients information.  I do notice you can modify the logo and colors.  However not the message.   Thank you,

Content Transfer Encoding for /api/packages

I'm having trouble sending a PDF with text tags to the /api/packages endpoint. My PDF is sent as base-64 encoded, and that string is "pasted" into a document when it reaches my eSignLive account. I'd like for the string to be decoded, so that the new package contains a copy of my original PDF.
EWitness Player showing Email Sender Address

Today in the eWitness player, when viewing a signing package. We are showing the email message, the subject, the To Address, and the text body of the message. However, we are not seeing the From email address. It would be useful to have this included to help with troubleshooting in the future.
