Hi Team, Email failed to deliver to the Customer, but received EMAIL_BOUNCE event with message OOTO, which is incorrect in this case, it should send message as "BOUNCED" right? FYI,  Email messages after delivery fail

Hello,   Create package API is failing with client app authentication whereas the same works with API key.   I used SDK version 11.34 for client app and 11.15 for API key. Can someone please help wth the below issue?

Our client is receiving the error message "No Role found for signer email" when trying to send a package. We are creating a custom ID however the custom ID is guaranteed to be different (one ends in -1 the other in -2).

Hi.  Can you tell me if it is possible to change a template document name for a new transaction, and if so how this can be done? e.g.             Form form = new Form("FormName");
