During the development of a small PoC, we have hit an exception in one of the REST calls that we are not able to resolve. What we are trying to do is the following:

I am having a problem with the Laserfiche Connector:
I select a document in LF then click "Send with OneSpan"
The document shows in the list of Documents on the Create New Transaction screen.
I add the sender's email, name, and signers then click Create.

Hi,
This issue seems to have started sometime in the last 24 hours, but I can no longer attach .docx or .doc files to transactions within the sandbox environment.
If I attempt to upload via the UI I get the following error after about 30 seconds:

Hello team,
I have to show the one span document in an iFrame of width 615px. But the One-span document I get has big margins around it. How can I tweak the document width as per my iframe size.? What's the best way to it in minimal steps?

Is there any way to get the password to unlock a file that has been signed in OneSpan? Our users sometimes need to edit the document in Adobe after it has been signed. I have seen a couple other similar questions here, but no definitive answer on whether or not that is possible.
