Can a customer pay for a customized report?  We want to change the current account owner weekly report to only show "False" AND to display ALL the "false" transaction not just in the past week. If this is possible who can provide me with a cost / timeline to create such a report.

Hi Moshiur   The customer had Laserfiche connected to the wrong account. We are establishing a new account. Do they have to do the install all over again?
