Hi,
Before copying the layout & template, we'd like to backup the source account setting first ( or just backup the existing layout and templates) in case something goes wrong. so what do you suggest the best way to backup the account ?

Hi,
Is there a way to create a new user in eSL using SDK's or Rest API's?
I understand that .inviteUser() is one of the option to create a new user, but that would mean that the user has to actually go through the email and perform the 'Account Registration' step.
Is it possible to bypass that step

If we submit a ticket and have a user moved from one of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts to another of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts, does this also move their transactions, templates, layouts, etc.?

Guys,
We've noticed on a few occasions that when you guys update your sandbox it almost always breaks our account that is tied to a Vault. Because of this it stops our workflow until the issue is resolved.
