Multi-signer package fails to return EXPIRED status after expiry datetime

We create a package where Primary and Secondary signers are both true We set the expiry datetime for 1 hour when we create the package We process the package, then send the uploaded documents to OneSpan to sign the documents.

*OneSpan Sign does not seem to allow any/all changes to automatic reminders after Txn in question has been sent for signing, is this normal/correct behavior?

We have a customer who built an entire api based interface to their Appian application. They want to move that interface to a different account because the person listed as the owner is being reassigned. To do this do they just need to replace the api key in their code?

Hello, I have been searching in the SDK code for a while and I am unable to find how reminders are created for a package. There are ways through other SDKs as well as the REST API and the Salesforce connector. Am I missing something ? Thanks

Hey Team, If we have more than 50 documents assigned to one signer and if the signer get changed in the middle of the signing process. Can we update all the 50 document signers with the single callout.
KBA failure max tries not being enforced. Signers never get locked

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.

Hi, what's the difference between email template 'email.notify.mobile' vs 'email.notify'? As I known, email.notify is the one send to the signer for signing the document? when the 'email.notify.mobile' is triggered?   thanks, Cindy
