Hi,
I am trying to resolve an issue when using iframe to load the inPerson (where all parties can sign in same URL) signing URL in tablet (iPad) Safari. I wonder if there anybody facing this same issue before and have the solution for it.

With one signer and one signature field after the signer signs the iFrame goes white for a short period or time before going to a page that says the package is complete and giving a link to download it. Is there a way to not show this page.

I would like to only display the document to be signed inside the iframe rendered on my side.
How can I achive that?
I have tried modifying ceremony settings but still I get a lot more elements.

This forum has been such a great help so far, that I figured I'd post here on the off-chance you can provide some guidance.
We're working on displaying the Signing Ceremony iFrame within our application on mobile devices (specifically an iPad running Safari) and have run into some issues.

We are displaying e-document in iFrame. On Safari, there was a known cookie issue described in https://developer.esignlive.com/forums/topic/cookie-issues-on-safari/ . We are ok with it as long as it shows description and guideline to the client.

When the signing ceremony is in an iFrame on a mobile device in portrait orientation there is a message asking the user to turn their mobile device to a landscape orientation.
