Hello,   When we create a package and send it to OneSpan, OneSpan sends an email to the customer to inform him/her that there is a document which he/she can sign. In this email, there is also a link to OneSpan where the document is available for signing.

These questions are regarding the Evidence Summaries we have available for each package: – Does the signer role listed have to be unique regardless of a unique package? Example: Package1 – signer1, signer2; Package2 – signer3, signer4; etc and so on.

Hi, We are calling the OneSpan API to retrieve a single PDF document. In the response we are getting a byte stream for the pdf document. Our requirement is to download PDF from onespan and upload it to our backend repository.

Hi,   I am working on a scenario where I need to send a package for eSign on behalf of a sender from an "account" different from that of the Sender. Each package could have different sender or I can use a sender that I used in an earlier package.

I was investigating the data captured by OneSpan and made available through the REST API and also, if I can use PowerBi to display the data. I am trying to use the completion report API (https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/completion-report/#rest-api).
