I am trying to connect OneSpan to LaserFiche followed instruction precisely, however, I am getting error message  Missing prerequisite please see log. Log file attached.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.  
Unhandled Server Error when declining an e-sign transaction?

See the attached files below. I got a ticket saying that after the user declines an e-sign transaction the user sees an "unhandled server error" page. Is this supposed to happen? Or is some other page supposed to appear?
