Field injection - text field only?

According to this page, field injection is for text field only. Is that still the case for Java SDK 11.0 which I'm using? We have forms that contain texts/radio buttons/drop-downs, etc. http://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/sdk/c_managing_documents/field_injection.htm

Dealing with another tricky requirement. For one of the signers, it is requested that the email contain only the signature page (and not any of the additional pages). Is there a good way to specify what pages should be sent out in the follow-up email post-signature?

Whenever we download completed signature documents from the platform and open them in external PDF viewers such as Adobe Acrobat, the signature fields say there is an issue and that the certificates are not trusted. Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?

Hello,   I can't find an API call that can give me list of time and date in which each signers are notified to sign documents. Also is there is an API call that lists each signer and their signed date?    
Conga or Field Mappings

I think this is a dumb question, but do I need Conga to merge SF data into a document or can I use Field Mappings (via Conventions)? For example, I want to place the company name from the account record that the contact is related to on a document.  Conga or Conventions?

Dependencies on httpclient

esignlive's httpcomponents version is 4.3.6. We were previously using 4.0, and I updated our builds to use 4.3.6. We have now run into an issue where that breaks another of our third-party dependencies. Is esignlive compatible with 4.2.2 or earlier (we would prefer to revert to 4.0).

We are using a word document that has embedded tags.  We have a required field that one of the signers has to fill out before signing, and this required field is at the end of the document
Shrink "E-Signed by..." Text

Hello, Is there any way to shrink the size of the E-Signed by text seen in the attachments? We are using hand drawn signatures, and the sign all signatures. The E-Signed by text is fairly big and makes it difficult to see the actual signature. Thanks.
