Hi There, In our application, I am using the code below to get the documents eSigned Automatically in the sandbox account. There are two documents that needs to be signed and each document is only 70-100kb in size, but the signing process takes about 7~8 seconds to complete the signing.

 Hello, I'm a front dev from a company that wishes to integrate your ESign product in our android/Ios apps. I wanted to try out the Android solution and test the integration with the sandbox but I encountered some problems during the android integration process.
Email failed to deliver, but received OneSpan event as EMAIL_BOUNCE with message as "OOTO" instead of "BOUNCED""

Hi Team, Email failed to deliver to the Customer, but received EMAIL_BOUNCE event with message OOTO, which is incorrect in this case, it should send message as "BOUNCED" right? FYI,  Email messages after delivery fail

Use the .NET sample code https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/document-extraction/ to generate eSign. The field name is [Client1.Capture1] with field type is 'Signature' in PDF file. But get error message Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException: Could not send the package.
