Hi, I'm using the Java SDK and trying to open the signing ceremony as the package owner (sender), when the package owner isn't a signer in the package.

Hi , I have callback listener setup and configured to trigger when there is "PACKAGE COMPLETE" , "PACKAGE DECLINE" and "EMAIL BOUNCE" events. While it works fine with the "PACKAGE COMPLETE" and "PACKAGE DECLINE" events, I am not able to get a response for "EMAIL BOUNCE".

When I signed the document I see 2 popups (I open document in iframe using signing url) First one for confirm "Please click OK to confirm your signatures to this document or click Cancel to review it again before submission"esinglive_1.PNG and second one for completion and redirect"esinglive_2.png"

Hi, I have a scenario in which I have two different document and I want to show second document after completion of first one(both are for same user) In both documents some of the fields are common. Now what want , when user opens second document, common fields which user already filled up in first

Hi, Is it possible to have only one ceremony for two signers ? We want to redirect the users to the signing ceremony, but we would like both signers to sign in that same redirect url.

I'm looking for more information on the expiration date. Can you tell me how the date and time is stored on your end? And then what is checked when the expired callback event is sent? I would like to set it to expire today, but I get an error message saying the date must be in the future.
