Change / Remove Exit Button Thank You Dialog

Hi, I was wondering in Version 11.25 if we can remove the "Exit" button from the "Thank You Dialog". This is because we can only set the text of it in one language and only have one handover URL.   Thanks, Kabir
SSO - User Status

When a new user is provisioned, the user status is set to PENDING.  When using SSO, the user status never changes to ENABLED because they do not get the activation email.  How do we get the status to ENABLED so that we have the ability to DISABLE the user, if needed?
Fields - misplaced after PDF sent to customer

Few Senders reported that when they set up the Fields such as Signature / Signer Initials they got misplaced from their side however from signer side - the document was fine and can be completed the signing without any issue. Please kindly advise on this issue.

Hi,   We would like to check if it is possible to set up an account for a group, using for example a shared mailbox for the user. Then, people with access to that mailbox would be able to access OneSpan to send documents for signature. Many thanks in advance!

Guys, I have a few redirects that I am trying that are not working and would love to know where I'm going wrong. 1. I've set the handover and complete event to force the redirect of a user when completing a package and it doesn't seem to work.

Guys, Can someone tell me what the standard time out setting is for the digital signing room? Is it changeable on an account level? Also, since we getting the user auth token, is this taken into account or does the digital signing room timeout override what is being sent from the user auth token?
