Ceremony Customization: WithOptOutOther, WithDeclineOther

In the latest SDK, there were additional signing ceremony customization's added. Specifically, I'm noticing WithOptOutOther and WithDeclineOther. I can't find any information about what these two settings do and what are their default values as it is not reflected in the documentation or guides. Can anyone shed some light on what these customization's do?
