I've heard email mentioned as an alternative to using the REST API to retrieve completed packages. We have the ability to create an email address and any attachments sent to that email address get imported directly into our imaging system.

In the same way as we can programmatically configure the Signing Ceremony via SDK (http://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/sdk/k_customization/customizing_the_signing_cermony.htm) , we need to be able to customise the Designer View on a package by package basis.

I was exploring REST API for one of our need, where, we need to download all the documents for all packages that has been completed for a given day.
I see Reports option where you can git list of completed packages for a given day.

We receive the following error message if the package is signed by the one individual and not the other when we do a check status call.
Could not get signing status. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

From the eSignLive UI there is an email button with the words "Remind" underneath. When clicked it sends an email reminder to all signers that have yet to sign.

My company has a need to retrieve the actual signing stroke data that results from a CAPTURE type signature. It appears that this data is available already, but I cannot find documentation for the format of that data.

I have a document that is generated on the fly by our web system. It's a PDF created by the back-end and then goes out for signing. I have been able to upload the document just fine.
Once it goes out for signing, there are two signatures it requires.
