We are using SMS authentication along with email notification for access to the signing ceremony. Generally the experience is that the email is sent, the user clicks the link, the SMS is sent and the user logs in with the PIN. Some times the SMS is not sent.

Is it possible to pass a pre-filled PDF into or with the usage of a template? That way we can use the template for signature placement but use our filling services to fill the rest of the data.

I am trying to connect OneSpan to LaserFiche followed instruction precisely, however, I am getting error message  Missing prerequisite please see log. Log file attached.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new to eSign, I think I could create e template in my dashboard, and then dynamicly create packages based on that template? This does not seem to work for me. I create a new package with signer into it but no luck.

Is there a way to create a template through the api or embedded js in a iframe? I ask because we'd like to embed onespan into our system but each client/department would have their own templates (create/edit/view) 
Display a message if checkbox is not ticked

Hi, it possible to display a message in OneSpan when a checkbox is not ticked?  The checkbox is optional but if it is not ticked we want to display a message.   Thanks, Kamran
