Guys, We have a backup account that is not tied to a vault for testing. We've been told that one account that we are using for a notary has been set up correctly but when I try to update the professional identity fields for that user, I get this error.

Is there a change in updatePackage call for new signing experience. I am able to generate the package and update the package with settings and roles from old signing experience account but same cannot be done with new signer experience account.

Hello - What is the logic behind validating the phone number entered in the SMS Authentication field?  How does the system know that 111-111-1111 is an incorrect number in America?  Thanks.

Guys, I am having a hard time finding information about setting the timezone for a date field that is captured when the signer is signing the document. Can anyone provide a link where I can find more information or possible provide a coding sample?

Is there a limit on the number of questions that can be presented for validation. The code examples use two Q&As and the UI has a limit of two. Does the API have the same limit?

Hi, I'm trying to increase the text or print that appears after a signature block is signed (Eg: E-SIGNED by FirstName LastName on Date). I tried to achieve this using withSize method for the signature, but it didn't work out(the text appears to be only the standard size). I think it's not work

Our company has requirement for document validation. Does eSignLive API have an existing function or method to return document( or file) checksum if provided packageId and documentId. So I don't need to download document on our side but just get checksum.

We are implementing Conditional fields.  I am starting by trying to get our existing text tag to use the fieldName.  From the documentation, I see this syntax  {{esl_SignerAutograph:signer1:Signature}} .
