I have been using the .NET SDK solidly for about 6 weeks with no issue. My coworker mentioned 2 weeks ago that one day he suddenly could not create a signing package when he could the previous day.

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.

Our java application runs on WebSphere 8.5.5 and IBM Java 1.8
When attempting to connect to OneSpan the TLS Cipher negotiation is resulting in dropping down to TLS 1 which OneSpan then rejects.
