Hi, Before copying the layout & template, we'd like to backup the source account setting first ( or just backup the existing layout and templates)  in case something goes wrong. so what do you suggest the best way to backup the account ?   thanks,

Hello team, I have to show the one span document in an iFrame of width 615px. But the One-span document I get has big margins around it. How can I tweak the document width as per my iframe size.? What's the best way to it in minimal steps?

Hi, We have an account with IDV enabled. We just wanted to confirm whether it is necessary for us to use the Retrieve IDV workflow api call before setting the authentication for a signer as "DV" or "DVF" while creating a package using create package api.

I am trying to list all transactions that have been done but in my GET https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages I only am getting the last transaction. It does not bring all of them. I am wondering if there is any id or role name I need to change for every transaction I post?

Hi, When we integrate Silanis.ESL.SDK with CRM online, we face issue with JsonConvert.DeserializeObject and JsonConvert.SerializeObject . Inside Sililanis.ESl.SDK both Serialize and deserialize is been used but both are not working.

Hi Team, I am trying to create a transaction. I am the account owner. I am adding 'X as a signer, but when I retrieve the transactions, I am also added as one of the signers in it. Is there any way to exclude "account owner" from the signers' list?

Hide admin name from signers list in designer view

When I open document in designer mode to add fields, My name (account holder name) is listed in signers select box. But I don't want my name in default. Is there any way to hide my name (Account holder name) from signers list, I am using MEAN and opening document in iframe.
