Hi my requirement is I want to download the templates and use them in offline signature capture? Does iOS sdk support downloading of templates and and applying them on documents in offline? Can templates be edited with pre populated data in offline using iOS sdk?

We are currently using docusign as our electronic signature system and are in the process of moving over to yourselves. At present when we create our transactions for signatures, we also send copies to our sales man and internal colleagues so they are able to view the document unsigned.

at present we are testing the system and when we are signing the documents some of our boxes have not been completed. How can i set up the system so that the document can not be completed until all signatures, text boxes etc are all completed.

Hello, Is it the case that any customer email address ending with .inc (as in [email protected]) would be considered invalid in the OneSpan v7.0 on premise setup? If yes, is there any way to overcome the limitation? Regards, Vinay

I read that now OneSpan can automatically identify the form fields if a pdf file with forms is uploaded. Is there a standard syntax we can use to name the form fields so that they are automatically recognized?
Get all Trashed packages

Is there a way to retrieve a list of packages in the Trash folder using Java SDK? I understand Trashed is a property not a package status. But I need to purge all packages that are trashed.
