Trying to follow the example here: https://www.onespan.com/blog/onespan-sign-developer-multiple-signers-sharing-same-email But I am getting the exception below when I add a second signer with:

Based on past investigation and a recent onespan posting it appears callbacks remain the only way to get email bounce back, and pin lockout notification. This information would be beneficial via the APIs. If reluctant to have it be in the signer status... as signature pending is considered valid...

We are integrating with Onespan using Rest API. We have three types of Roles. Broker , customer and Business. Broker first sign an agreement(using esign), followed by customer and then Business people sign an agreement.
