Is it possible to disable the " Click-to-sign" feature in designer at package level(may be)?

The Customer accepted the Disclosures and Consent and signed the Contract but left the Rider unsigned. Therefore I cannot sign the Contract because it violates the Signing Order.
How can I get past this outside of asking the Customer to sign the Rider?

Hopefully a quick question, but I'm attempting to use the DownloadedFile class (com.silanis.esl.sdk.io.DownloadedFile) when downloading signer attachment files using the line:
