Hello, Can't seem to find the documentation that I swear I saw at one point that said the ID fields must meet certain criteria? Am I crazy?

Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign. I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api. But I am not able to figure out the json content for the sender and signer details in plsql.

Hi I created two procedures in the same package which includes REST API. One procedure includes rest api to attach a report say ABC and in 2nd procedure another report XYZ is attached to esign portal.

Getting the below error while adding the attachment in esign in Oracle(Production instance) ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed Permission denied While testing in non prod instances, no such error occurred. Kindly assist as soon as possible.

Hi After creating a transaction in onespan sign using REST API, user is getting the below error while signing the document : The selected document('s) could not be uploaded. The document('s) might be corrupted or locked.

Hi I want to add click to initial signature feature on every page of the document, except on one page where the signature type will be capture type. This page(where signature type will be capture type) is not the last page and can vary.
