Hello, I have already a template with 2 placeholders called Signer1 and Signer2. When creating a document packge from the template, how I can update these placeholders to add the email address and first and last name for the signers. Do you have such an example?

We had over 20 packages in our e-sign portal that display as expired even though the package was already completed. Does anyone know why that is? The technician indicated that the packages were completed and that signers were not receiving expiring e-mails.

Hi Team, I need to pass a custom field while creating a package. But the custom field is showing in the document while signing, since I have mentioned it as Type:"INPUT", SubType:"CustomField". But, I should not be showing the field to user while signing the document.

Guys, I am seeing the owner of the account in the signer's dropdown list on documents where the owner isn't a signer. Is there a way to remove that from happening?

Hello, I have a template which is has a 47 documents inside it. when I am creating the Package based on this template it is taking long time to generate the document package. it is taking around 47 seconds to be generated.

I need to set the package expiration date when I submit a package via the REST API with status=SENT. I have found the documentation on how to do this with the SDK but not with REST.
