Our client is receiving the above error message when trying to send a package. We are not creating and sending a CustomID, so not sure what the problem is.

We have existing Nintex workflows, using CoSign for electronic signatures. We are investigating changing to eSignLive for signing. Is it possible to have multiple signers in a flow, with some signing in parallel and some signing only after others have approved/signed?

I am implementing eSignLive integration with one of my services. I need a detailed documentation of all 'Optional details message' for 400 Bad requests that can be thrown on createPackage SDK method. Is there such a documentation available?
