Hi there, I am experiencing the error saying Unauthorized Access with the valid package ID "X8hRTbGl7GkXkdKoVxwJ92a6fqg=" when trying to create session token. I don't know why. Please advise. Thanks, Eddy

Please explain the difference between SessionService.CreateSessionToken( ) and PackageService.GetSigningUrl( ). If I want to embed the signing ceremony in an iframe in a web app, which of those two methods should I use? Thanks,

Is it possible to pass in a string with the way the date field should be formatted. The date is showing as YYYY-MM-DD, however, I need the date in the format YYYYMMDD.

On small screens / mobile is there a way to extract the zoom feature out of the 3 dot menu and show it on the main section, like it works on large screens?

Hi -  Can someone confirm to me what the state a completed transaction inherits once its retention date expires? apparently they are deleted after retention period expires rather than archive?

/api/account/subaccounts call returns number of subaccounts. I was wondering if it returns more than 100 subaccounts or if not, what I should do in order to retrieve more than 100 subaccounts.

Hi, we are not receiving callbacks on packages that expire and we're trying to determine if it's an issue on our end. Does OneSpan keep logs of callback events that fail?
