Hello,I am retracting this post.  We met with OneSpan and learned a bit more about what we were asking for and so I have removed this question.  I am not seeing an option to delete this forum post directly, so I simply changed it.
API Key - PROD Env

My Operator id configured with Production env (US2). I could not find the API key in the integration tab of the Admin Page. How to get a API key for PROD environment . Kindly let me know the End Point URL for the production env API's.
Documents W/ No Password

Hi - I am using the document retrieval URL. (/packages/:packageId/document/:documentId/pdf) When I receive the PDF on my end, the document is password protected. Is there a way to turn this off? I assume this would happen at the point of package creation. Thanks
