Hi, We're investigating a production issue where some packages are not completing, even though they appear to be complete. They return a status of "SIGNING_COMPLETED" when queried via the REST API.

These questions are regarding the Evidence Summaries we have available for each package: – Does the signer role listed have to be unique regardless of a unique package? Example: Package1 – signer1, signer2; Package2 – signer3, signer4; etc and so on.

Hi, We are using the REST API service for eSignLive Integration. Observed that, sign navigation is not being displayed for IOS Device in Safari browser and received the update that this is known issue and will be addressed in Q4 .

There are some buttons at the top of the screen when the Signing Ceremony is completed Continue button is appearing Download button is appearing Download All button is appearing. How can we remove all 3 using the api.
